Aerobic Exercise

Aerobic exercise (also known as cardio) is any physical activity that consists of low-high intensity depending on the aerobic energy process. It is generally recognized as exercise that is rhythmic, uses the major muscle groups, and is maintained at a fairly continuous intensity for a prolonged perios of time.

Some of the benefits of doing regular aerobic exercises are:

  • Burns body fat, while building leaner muscle
  • Stengthens muscles throughout the body
  • Improving circulation
  • Improving mental health (reduce stress and depression)
