Get Fit with Me

As a personal trainer I know how important it is to document everything when you are active in a fitness/eating/weight loss journey. You document your goals, what you eat and drink, your workouts, etc.

So a couple months ago I kind of fell off with eating right and working out. With that being said, I decided to get back at it but I wanted to do something new and different to keep me focused and motivated.

If your looking for a neat and creative way to start your journey and keep track of it...check out my video.

Inspirational Message

Get Moving

Elijah said to Elisha, Ask what I shall do for you before I am taken from you. And Elisha said, I pray you, let a double portion of your spirit be upon me. He said, You have asked a hard thing. However, if you see me when I am taken from you, it shall be so for you.
                                                        -2 KINGS 2:9-10

 Prayer
“Lord, I want to explore all that You have for me, and I accept there may be failures. Show me the way to be successful for you.  Amen.”                                                      –Joyce Meyer

Reasons to drink water

Drinking water (either plain or in the form of other fluids or foods) is essential to your health.

DRINKING WATER......
1. Helps maintain the balance of body fluids: Did you know your body is composed of about 60% water. Functions include digestion, absorption, circulation, creation of saliva, transportation of nutrients, and maintenance of body temperature.
2. Can help control calories
3. Helps energize muscles
4. Helps keep skin looking good: Water functions as a protective barrier to prevent excess fluid loss.
5. Helps your kidneys: Your kidneys cleanse your body of toxins as long as your intake of fluids is adequate. When your body is not getting enough fluids, urine concentration, color, and odor increases because the kidneys trap extra fluid for bodily functions.
6. Helps maintain normal bowel function: Adequate hydration keeps things flowing through your gastrointestinal tract and prevents constipation.

Tips to help you drink more water
Have a glass/cup with every snack and meal
Keep a bottle of water with you in you car, at your desk, or in your bag
Eat more fruits and vegetables. Their high water content will add to your hydration. About 20% of our fluid intake comes from foods.

Assume the Position!

Butler

The Butler is Forbidden Fruit stood up. Unfortunately it is not quite as intimate and sensual because the receiver is not totally exposed to the giver…BUMMER! It is nonetheless very pleasurable. *wink*

The receiving partner stands while their partner kneels behind and between their legs. This position is particularly suited to anal play.

Although anal play is not a must have for all, it should be a must try if yu are into that type of play!!!

Have fun!!!!
