Drinking plenty of water is essential for your health and your very survival. When you add water into your diet it acts as a weight-loss aid because it can help you eat less throughout the day. Water is considered a non-caloric fluid and having unwanted calories. Adding and/or increasing water before or with a meal can help a dieter feel full sooner.
You should drink eight 8-oz cups per day to equal a total of 64 ounces. This (the amount you consume) would definitely be affected by your diet, physical activity, climate, and body composition.
One thing that I will use with everything that you do when it comes to your lifestyle change is to write EVERYTHING down. Track you water intake throughout the day to make sure you are getting enough! If you choose not to write it down, drink out of a container that will help you keep track daily.
Also note with how quickly the weather changed within the last couple weeks, drinking water is very important to make you are staying hydrated…it’s going to be a SUPER DUPER UBER long summer!
Remember- water is FREE!!!!!!
