It’s a Hard Road...

My new mission:

So many of you know that I have been #TeamWeightWatchers for a year now. Weight Watchers and I became BFF's last May. I love it and highly recommend it to anyone looking to lose weight a safe and healthy way. It's great because it works if you do it right; if you follow the plan and do it right…it works. You don’t even have to exercise to lose the weight but it is highly recommended in order to see higher results. Another plus about WW is it helps you watch what you eat and potion controls your meals.
Since our friendship, I have lost about 30 pounds and have dropped a few dress sizes. But since January of this year I have been cheating on WW and stuck at a certain weight. I cannot seem to GET MY LIFE and be faithful.
So I am setting a new goal and starting today Thursday, May 24, 2012, I am going to GET MY LIFE and drop these last 10 pounds by June 16, 2012. Why June 16th you ask, well, it is my next upcoming event (NPHC Unity Weekend) so that’s my target date. My goal is to lose 10 more pounds and tone up. I am SUPER DUPER UBER happy with the size I am now. It sucks a little to be in between sizes when shopping for clothes, but I gueeeeeeeeeeess Im ok with that problem.
I would be ok if some of these temptations (sweets) would STOP trying to steal me away…OMG.
Task at hand!

Day 1: I got up this morning and jogged for 60 minutes. My goal is to chug down 3 liters of High Quality H2O before I leave work at 5pm. I will have practice tonight for about 2 and half hours which should put me at 3 and a half hours of physical activity. I will chug at least 1 liter during that time to put me at 4 liters for the day which will put me at approximately a gallon. I need to make sure I enter everything I put in my month into my WW log to keep track of my points…UGH!
