Healthy Eating Strategy #1:

Meals are about more than just food!

This is the perfect time to connect and interact with your child/children and support their overall development. You will have the opportunity to talk with your child/children during meals in the home. Try to limit the times you let your child/children eat alone. This will help build stronger family relationships that can and will have a huge impact on their lives.
